Due to the nature of furniture and mattresses, all sales are final unless an item arrives defective or damaged.

If a product is defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or manufacturer service.

Items must be unused and in original condition.

Mattresses and assembled furniture cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
